These Terms of Use govern your access to jdunbound.com and JDUnbound content, resources, and related services operated by Jide Dawodu. By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
1. Education, not mental health care
JDUnbound provides educational information about narcissistic abuse recovery, relationship patterns, and self-understanding. Content, emails, digital products, coaching, and sessions are for informational and educational purposes only. They are not therapy, medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or a substitute for advice from a qualified mental health professional. Using this site or attending a session does not create a therapist–client or medical relationship. Do not disregard professional advice or delay seeking it because of our content.
2. Not crisis support
JDUnbound is not an emergency or crisis service, and messages may not be read promptly. If you are in immediate danger, contact local emergency services. In the United States, you can call or text 988 for mental health crisis support. Seek qualified local support for safety planning and urgent concerns.
3. Your use of the site
You are responsible for how you use information and for your decisions, relationships, and actions. You agree not to use the site unlawfully, harass others, submit unlawful or infringing material, introduce malicious software, interfere with security, or misrepresent your identity. Do not submit confidential information about others without permission. Services and purchases are intended for adults who can enter a binding agreement.
4. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise identified, JDUnbound content, text, videos, audio, graphics, downloads, and branding belong to Jide Dawodu or their respective rights holders. You may view content for personal, noncommercial use and use purchased resources only as permitted by their license. You may not reproduce, republish, redistribute, sell, sublicense, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission, except as permitted by law. Sharing a link to the original content is welcome; it does not grant permission to copy it.
5. Purchases and bookings
Prices, session descriptions, payment requirements, cancellation terms, refund terms, and any specific product license are provided at the relevant checkout or booking stage. Review those terms before paying. Third-party payment, storefront, and scheduling services may apply their own terms. Nothing here removes mandatory consumer rights. Educational services do not guarantee a particular recovery outcome or result.
6. Third-party services and links
The site may link to or embed services such as Kit, Gumroad, ManyChat, TikTok, Calendly, and social platforms. We do not control their availability, security, content, or practices. Your use of third-party services is subject to their own terms and policies. A link does not imply endorsement of everything on a third-party site.
7. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and its content are provided as is and as available, without warranties of accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or uninterrupted availability. We aim to provide useful information, but content may contain errors or become outdated. Experiences and testimonials are individual and do not promise similar results.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Jide Dawodu and JDUnbound are not liable for decisions or actions you take based on content consumed, or for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from use of the site, resources, or educational services. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or other non-excludable rights.
9. Privacy and communications
Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled. Marketing emails include an unsubscribe option. Information you post publicly may be visible to others; avoid sharing sensitive personal or health information in public spaces.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live remain unaffected.
11. Changes, severability, and contact
We may update these terms and will post the revised effective date. Material changes will be communicated where legally required.
